Dr. Amanda Olejniczak
Professionally, I am very passionate about providing quality care for my patients, which includes listening to their needs and desires when pursuing orthodontic treatment. I understand the importance of finding an orthodontist who will listen to your concerns and focus on your needs because I would want the same type of care. Working with patients who appreciate the esthetics and functional transformations I create on a daily basis is exceptionally rewarding.
Like many adolescents and teenagers these days, I was referred to a local orthodontist while I was in middle school. During what can already be an emotionally trying time, I was told that I would need braces in order to correct my misaligned teeth. As a teenager, I remember the fear of being teased or tormented due to my “metal mouth.” What I eventually discovered, however, was that my orthodontist was helping transform me into the woman I am today. In addition to (and perhaps more importantly than) improving my bite, my orthodontist created a smile that increased both my self-esteem and confidence. In turn, this transformation helped to improve my attitude and outlook on life.
I feel honored each and every day to work with kids and adults in the community, helping to transform their smiles and perhaps even their lives. I truly enjoy being an orthodontist, and it is a pleasure to wake up and do what I love each and every day!

Lead Orthodontic Assistant and Lab Technician
After completing my dental assistant program, I started in general dentistry but always had an interest in orthodontic assisting! I have learned a lot since joining the Grafton Orthodontics team. I look forward to working closely with Dr. Amanda and the rest of the wonderful staff! My favorite part about assisting is that each day is always different, and I really love getting to know each patient and their families.
In my spare time, I love spending time in northern Wisconsin with friends and family. I also really love puppies and dogs!

As a person who had been in orthodontic treatment before, I know the difference a great smile can make. While completing my dental assisting education, I always knew that I wanted to work in orthodontics. I love being able to connect with our patients and help Dr. Amanda to make their smiles beautiful!
Outside of the office I enjoy spending a lot of time with my family. I love animals and spend a lot of time outdoors in the summertime.

My fiancé Joe and I currently live in Germantown. In my free time I love to spend time with my family, cook, and watch movies.

Treatment Coordinator and Marketing Assistant
While originally from Wisconsin, I spent the last few years working in the medical field in Arizona for a large company at a family practice with 13 doctors. During my time there it became apparent to me that I truly enjoyed a career working with and helping others. When my fiancé and I decided to make our way back to Wisconsin, I was unsure if I wanted to work for another large company. I am so happy I found Dr. Amanda and Grafton Orthodontics! This small and dedicated team is exactly what I was looking for. I love having the chance to get to know our patients and feel like I can truly make a difference here.
My fiancé and I are happily settling into life in Grafton with our dog (Yeli) and cat (Ralphie). We met playing volleyball and continue to do so in our free time. I am an only child and come from a small family, so I am very happy to get more time with them now that we are living in Wisconsin again!

After working in retail for the past 13 years I decided it was time for a change. I am so happy that I found Dr. Amanda and Grafton Orthodontics. I have always enjoyed working with people and learning new things. I really enjoy seeing our patients and their families smiling faces every day. I am so grateful to have the opportunity to work at Grafton Orthodontics.
In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family, going on local picnics in the summer, bonfires, and just hanging out at home with my husband and son.
